I'm having the same problem. My iTunes is up to date, and I don't have any spyware, viruses, etc.
I click on the exe, and the progress bar comes up, and says it's complete.
I hit play, and the files just aren't there.

I have figured out why we can't get this yet, with the help of "The U".
The album is a pre-order, including the MP3 album.
After the 14th of September, you can put it into iTunes.
The album isn't released until that date so you can't listen before then.

The MP3 album will be sent to you by email I believe on September 14th or before. And the download that you guys got was not the album at all. It was a 50 second preview of "THE MEETING OF A THOUSAND SUNS" the DVD you get when you pre-order the CD/DVD Set and the Fan Pack. Also, if you want to open the file you downloaded from your receipt, you have to download a program called "winRAR" and winRAR will open the file up and show you the preview of the DVD "THE MEETING OF A THOUSAND SUNS" but if you pre-ordered the T-shirt and MP3 album, you won't get the DVD, only for those who pre-ordered the CD/DVD Set and Fan Pack. Wat about "the catalyst" will we be able to add it to itunes or wait till the album comes out and i just pre-ordered the Mp3 album only and they asked for my address. Are they also going to send it to me?

if you ordered only the mp3 album only, then they only asked for your address for billing purposes. but i bought the dvd,skatedeck and the shirt and they all came with a mp3 version of the album and catalyst today, but cant access it for some reason
