Buy this album, its amazing. It doesn't deserve to be illegally downloaded. Every second LP put into this album deserves it. :)

I'm a huge LP fan from Amsterdam since allmost the beginning. I never signed up for this website, but because of this album, I just have to..
Sorry dear LP.. I really am dissapointed in this CD. I fell in love with your style of music but that style is completely gone on this CD. And seriously..why?
I understand that they have to go in some other directions to step to another level..but this is ridiculous.
Since I'm still a big admirer of your previous work, I choose my words carefully.. guys, please bring back the good stuff..this is too bad and a waste of my money

UPDATE:
Ok listened to all of the songs. The work that went into each song is impressive. I am a fan of LP so I do find things I like about TS but its more of a sunday afternoon relaxing feel than strap on your snowboard and crank it up. Wish I could say I love it; I'm sure it will grow on me. Yes I'll grab the old stuff but need new stuff that rocks too. And just to throw it out to everyone downloading this with a torrent. Buy the damn thing from LP. I used a torrent as well but already have my ups tracking # from LP and will have it from them next week.

Okay, I've listened to the CD twice now..
There are two number of wich I can say..they are nice. But the rest..I'm sorry guys.. I dont like it at all.
I read that LP went another direction and abiously i noticed. Offcourse they have to improve and innovate themselves. And I do think that the work and effort deserves respect.. But why would you make such a CD while the big LP croud likes the "original" LP sound!? Than use THAT sound and take another direction. The fans wouldnt be fans if they didnt like that sound.. This is absolutely not LP to wich i fell in love with.

I as very devoted fan LP very much treated kindly all songs be it quiet, fast or rigid. This album you express full disrespect for us - to fans. I have strongly changed about you opinion and as it seems to me in your group the full brothel (it is visible on last song where Chester sings and plays under acoustics as in DEAD BY SUNRISE) is created. Your new style this full shit, a pop-music, and songs as if are made minutes for ten to an album exit. I even have broken all your posters from the wall and you know my hand didn't shiver at all. Excuse but your new music full poor-quality shit!!!

Hybrid Theory, Meteora, Minutes to midnight - were the best band LP albums, and unfortunately about them forget!!!

To all people saying "this is pop." I don't think pop has rap in it first of all. I don't think pop has screaming in it and usually doesn't involve someone similar to chester's singing style. Third if you never noticed this is more or less electronica than pop. Linkin Park has always pulled electronic elements into there music, so what the fuck is wrong with it now? You loved it so much before, now people hate it? I just don't see how you can...

There was an electronic music with great atmosphere in a combination to Guitars. And now callous simple music in which only over samples work was conducted. The best song here "The Messanger" Chester sang it with SPECIAL soul. DEAD BY SUNRISE it is better than new linkin park.

man, this album is just awesome after you listened to it a couple of times
so many people hate and say: the first 2 albums were way better
but you have to bring some change or otherwise itll get boring
i love it, linkin park keeps amazing me

You think ATS is simple? And yet you love Meteora, the most basic, predictable, cliched and flat out badly written thing LP has released? Wow.
Chunky riffs mean absolutely nothing if the songwriting is crap, i.e. Meteora.

or baby's song you'll like it and gave them 10/10 like you said, you are so much in love with them that you can't even make a difference between their songs.
(by the way if you listen carefully, "Burning In The Skies" and "new divide" have the same riff) THERE IS NOTHING ATTRACTIVE IN THIS ALBUM.

If you can't tell already:
I think ATS is great. I think Meteora is awful. There are songs on pretty much ever LP release I don't like.
Clearly I'm swinging on the bands nuts.
