Stacy, we didn't get a refund on our hotel either.

Here's my exchange below in case it helps anyone else move along faster with their refunds...

I am writing in regards to the cancelled show on February 11, 2011 at Mohegan. I have been awaiting information on how my tickets would be refunded as per your email sent on 2/11/2011. I have yet to receive any information. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service, which has been given, and lack of communication as to when I will receive my refund. I understand that rescheduling is what is trying to be done but I have received no information as to what is happening and would like money back for a service I did not receive nor does it seem like I will receive it in the reasonable one year time frame that the ticket states breaks this contract. I would appreciate any information, which would at least appear as if you are planning on refunding or rescheduling this concert within a reasonable amount of time.

Linkin Park has been forced to cancel their February 11th show in Uncasville, CT at the Mohegan Sun Resort and Casino-Sun Arena. Lead vocalist Chester Bennington is ill and under doctor's orders to refrain from performing. The band sincerely regrets this unavoidable cancellation and apologizes to fans for any disappointment caused.
Since you have purchased tickets directly from LinkinPark.com, we'll email you in the next few days with details regarding your refund.

Yes I know that they cancelled this show and why they did I am not complaining about that. I also know that it has been over a week and I have been awaiting the same information that you said a week ago you would be explaining in a few days about refunds and yet I still get in a few days again. I feel that you did not even read this email nor answer the question at hand. I would like to know WHEN I will be getting MY money back. Nine days and counting is not acceptable. I am extremely diappointed and may be looking into what legal options I may have if I do not hear within a reasonable ammount of time about my refund.

As of today your refund has been processed in full to all canceled Linkin Park performances. At minimum, it typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for the reversal to appear on your credit card statement, however some banks process refunds at the end of their billing cycle.

I just recieved a notice from paypal that the other half of my refund has failed attached is the email I received.
The refund sent by Ian Rogers (pprice@topspinmedia.com) did not clear from the
sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal
account.

It has been FOUR business days now since this issue has occured and there has been no word on what is going on or how it has been resolved please explain what has happened... At this rate you have made so much on the interest of the money paid for these tickets it is a crime for you to withhold our money. Please advise as to how you are solving this or the steps that are being taken.
