Is it just me or are all the people that missed out on the one possible chance to see LP due to Chester's ilness getting the cold shoulder? I missed the Mohegan Sun show on Feb 11th and haven't heard or seen anything on LP.com or anywhere else on when or how we are getting our money back. If LP s not gonna reschedule the shows they cancelled (which they should) then we should have gotten our money back right away! What gives LP? I thought you guys were a litle more in tune with what's going on out there? If I am missing something and someone has info, please et me know. If not, C'mon LP take care of your fans!

Hey shaun, I haven't heard anything either. I'm glad I'm not the only one. I've tried calling mohegan and ticketmaster and they were absolutely no help.
Looks like refunds are going out.  Mine came yesterday, with an email from Topspin that came later.

My refund failed; "insufficient funds" in the Topspin Media account.  This is a bunch of crap.

Mine showed as a credit to the card I used.. so went through. Did they send you a check?  Insufficient funds huh?  That's  F'd up.
I used Paypal; their refund was an electronic payment to Paypal from their account but it didn't clear.  Hope somebody can step up and fix this.

Same thing happened to me. Well, actually, I was refunded exactly half of the purchase, then the next day issued a refund for the other half of the purchase. On that day the first refund cleard and today, the second part of that refund is listed as "removed" in my paypal account due to insuffucuent funds in the seller's (topspins) bank account.  My paypal transaction lists it as a partial refund and no reply yet from Topspin. Have you found any resolution yet?

I had 2 tickets for the feb 13th show in cinncinatti ohio.does anyone have a phone number for topspin>thats who i got my tickets from.,never again!!! i hope Linkin Park does something about this,not only did my husband & I take off work but had to drive 2 hrs to stay in the hotel because they wouldnt give a refund:( What a Waste!!

17 days and still no refund...

 

LP needs to put some pressure on Topspin Media.

Trust me even the Topspin customer service is no help... they don't care they make promises then never deliver I am still waiting FOUR business days later for them to resolve the "insufficent funds fiasco". Yes I know that they cancelled this show and why they did I am not complaining about that. I also know that it has been over a week and I have been awaiting the same information that you said a week ago you would be explaining in a few days about refunds and yet I still get in a few days again. I feel that you did not even read this email nor answer the question at hand. I would like to know WHEN I will be getting MY money back. Nine days and counting is not acceptable. I am extremely diappointed and may be looking into what legal options I may have if I do not hear within a reasonable ammount of time about my refund.

As of today your refund has been processed in full to all canceled Linkin Park performances. At minimum, it typically takes between 3 to 5 business days for the reversal to appear on your credit card statement, however some banks process refunds at the end of their billing cycle.

I just recieved a notice from paypal that the other half of my refund has failed attached is the email I received.

 The refund sent by Ian Rogers (pprice@topspinmedia.com) did not clear from the

sender's bank. You have not received funds for this payment in your PayPal

It has been FOUR business days now since this issue has occured and there has been no word on what is going on or how it has been resolved please explain what has happened... At this rate you have made so much on the interest of the money paid for these tickets it is a crime for you to withhold our money. Please advise as to how you are solving this or the steps that are being taken.

ok,now yesterday got an email from topspin saying they tried to send a refund to my credit card but it had expired so i have to wait til the end of the month to get a check,NO TOPSPIN my card isnt expired i use it everyday!!!it expires 09-12 this is the worst business ever!!wonder if the better business bureau would like to hear about this???
