I am living in Johannesburg in South Africa. My brother is in a wheelchair and Linkin Park is his favourite band. He is desperate to see Linkin Park play at Soccer City. He knows all the words to all of their songs and is dying to see them live.
We were too late to get tickets from Computicket for the show and I have tried to find tickets but the problem is that he won't be able to access the general standing and golden circle areas at Soccer City.
I have contacted the Computicket call centre and apparently there are no wheelchair seats available. I then contacted the big concerts call customer care centre and I was put through to someone named Jason who told me to contact assisted bookings but to no avail. He sad that as far as he is aware there are Wheelchair tickets available.
My brother is only 14 and so he would need someone to sit with him. I am aware that this is a long shot but is there any way of getting a ticket for him and an assistant or alternatively if I am able to source a golden circle ticket for him that I could somehow organise wheelchair access for him.
Please advise if there is any possibility getting a ticket.
