Hi everyone. My name is Jessica and I am from Florida. I have been a huge LP fan since I first saw the video for "one step closer" on MTV (yes on MTV I am that old) :) I got away from music for awhile as I was focused on my career and raising my daughter. All of my time and money went to my daughter. I went from LP to Barney! Well my daughter is now 14 and well on her way to becoming an animator, and I am so proud of her.

Now it is time for me! I bought an ipod, and a laptop, and I am getting back to what I love, MUSIC!!!  So what better way to do that then join this site and chat with all you fine people! Just bear with me as I am new to all of this. 

I can't wait to see LP live, and hope to be an LPU member soon!

Hi all. My name is Gabrielle. I'm French and (currently) living in England. Being on the old LP site back in the old days (or what seems to be in another life ;) ), 1year member of LPU (2008) before life got upside-down.

being to 4 shows... and look forward to travel through Europe (maybe one day US.... ? ) for a LP show

I started following LP seriously with Meteora, even though my first song was "In The End". Favourite song ? d*mn.. it depends of my mood:

- "Breaking the habit": when I feel "stuck" with my life

- "My December" (any version ;) ) : when I need some time to recover from life

- "Faint": when I'm angry ;)

- "Numb": when I'm pissed off

- "Easier to Run": when I need to cry

- "Place for my head" (any version ;) ): when I'm hurt

- "Pushing me Away" (any version :) ): to remember

- Any others when I'm happy....

I'm usually waiting to be in a LP mood to listen to new stuff.. hence I only discovered ATS a couple of months ago. no regrets though, as it is just the perfect timing.. new life, new LP songs.. logical isn't it ? Still trying to recognise the songs though... so far I dislike a lot when people interrupt "Messenger" , "Burning in the skies", "Blackout"..

PS: is there a chatroom somewhere ?? or is that too old-fashion these days ? :)

Hi Gabrielle :) Nice to hear about you :) There is a chat here, but you have to join LPUnderground (they charge a fee) to use it. :) But you get some good LP things in mail if you join, plus early notice of concerts etc :) Hope you have fun here, and hope you had a great Christmas and new year. My name is Chris I'm Brazilian girl and live in my country.

Well I saw Transformers and loved the soundtrack and met LP.
Since then I can not hear anything else. I compare it with the sound of the LP. I love these guys.

I hope for them in Brazil!!! o.o

Well....Hey, My name's Julia...I'm 13.....I'm a huge fan of Linkin Park...I started listening to Linkin Park around a year ago....When I was just looking up random videos on YouTube...I've always liked 'Numb'..so I listened to that...then in the related videos came up 'Papercut' so I listened to that...and became addicted to it....Then I listened to 'One Step Closer'...and eventually I discovered more amazing songs..and became a fan.....I haven't been to a live show yet...I'm still waiting till the band comes to Ireland... That's pretty much it...... :)
