Help! Why can't I buy tickets?
After trying for the last four hours to buy a ticket I'm almost ready to give up. After selecting my seats a text box pops up with 'invalid user login'. I'm already logged in, have tried changing my user name, setting up another acount, using my email address as login, changed my password and nothing works!
I've also tried emailing for help but 'internet explorer cannot display this web page'
I can't ring as I'm currently in Cambodia and don't have a phone and don't fly back to Bangkok until 23rd Sept - the day LP are on.
Someone save me, rescue me, do something, pleeeeease!

The first thing you should do is download Google Chrome. IE always has issues. Then if it doesn't work reply again.

Rositsa is right - and Firefox can have issues too (it did for me), so Google Chrome is best

Firefox has often issues, so I would use GC for such things.
