how do i get my free download

I attended the Las Vegas show and I am now having trouble getting my download. My page says my download is ready but nothing happens when I click on it. I have the Internet Explorer with Vista so I downloaded Firefox and it still isn't working. Anybody have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

just incase you haven't had a chance to email support, I do have one suggestion :)

 

Do you have the most recent version of Java installed?  I ran into a similar issue and that ended up being the cause.
