I actually just got it from the UPS today. What I did was that I looked at my order status/receipt and saw the customer service email, which was email@example.com, and sent them a email about it and now they fixed everything. Hope this helps both of you...
My order status still says "pending", but I have already got my package. Who did you write to? Because I wrote to 4 or 5 companies, because mine was held in Polska I think. It was there in Sep 14, but there were some problems with sending it. I wrote to these in a row: Topspin, Customer service, they are both in your receipt. If you write to them I think they should help you, because that was mine problem's solve. I hope this will help.
