Linkin Park album A Thousand Suns CD+DVD edition not shipping?
I pre-ordered the CD+DVD deluxe edition of the new LP album A Thousand
Suns and it let me download the digital version last week on the day it
came out (9/14/10) and my receipt said the physical version that came
with the DVD would ship on 9/21/10 (last Tuesday)....
I still haven't received it in the mail yet, and I just looked up the order
status and the order status of it is still "Pending", the tracking #
just says "N/A", shipment method is still blank, and the ship date still
says "9/21/10" even though it says it hasn't even been shipped yet.
And yes, I entered my address and billing info correctly because it says it on the order status page.
Can someone please explain this or how to fix this so I can get my CD+DVD album sometime soon?????

I actually just got it from the UPS today. What I did was that I looked at my order status/receipt and saw the customer service email, which was customerservice@bandmerch.com, and sent them a email about it and now they fixed everything. Hope this helps both of you...

Yes, I did the same thing and I thing it's moving on ;)

I ordered this September the 5th and still no sign of it arriving, order status still says "pending" no tracking number either. I tried emailing someone and all I have received is an automated email response. I mean it's been almost a month now, 2 days short of a month... I would love to know when I will be getting mine. The original ship date was supposed to be the 10th...

My order status still says "pending", but I have already got my package. Who did you write to? Because I wrote to 4 or 5 companies, because mine was held in Polska I think. It was there in Sep 14, but there were some problems with sending it. I wrote to these in a row: Topspin, Customer service, they are both in your receipt. If you write to them I think they should help you, because that was mine problem's solve. I hope this will help.

Well, I actually got a response from them about an hour after you posted Ignas... The email I got said it was being shipped and would arrive by the 14 of Oct. I'm hoping it does!
