LINKIN PARK new album sucks!!!!

I'm sorry but the new Linkin Park songs are the worst sounding piece of GARBAGE I EVER HEARD! What happen to them? They use to be great but now there music sounds like someone wasted ten seconds to put it together. They should be ashamed of themselves. I truly hope that this album is just a joke and they will release a real album this year. I WOULD NEVER WASTE MY MONEY ON THIS ALBUM!!!!! I wouldn't even take it if someone gave it to me for free.

Wait.

S-so what songs exactly have 'hardly any vocals'? Exclude the transition tracks and literally all of the songs are really vocal heavy. Same with the drums - the beat is so primal on a lot of the tracks, I honestly think we must be listening to different albums. In fact, the only tracks that are low on drums are the slower songs - Iridescent (although they are still there), Robot Boy + The Wretched (and the last two would sound really dodgy with drums). As for the rest of your post, your opinion, you're entitled to it pal.

If you hate Mike and you're all about Chester then stop listening to Linkin Park and listen to Dead By Sunrise. Although you probabaly wouldn't like it because it's good music.

Everybody knows that Linkin Park in the past still had techno to it, and all there albums base a little techno if ya listen closely.... Yeah, A Thousand Suns may be different, but it is still Linkin Park, and my Friend (Brother) who passed away would even agree with me on that... I don't know why there is soo much criticism in the world, but as far as im concerned, LP is trying something different on this record, Yes the words and lyrics "Do Have Meaning"... on this Album, they are telling a Story. So maybe for now it's gonna be techno with this Record, but in My Eyes, i know that Linkin Park will still Be Rock N' Roll in the future. "I GUARENTEE IT"........! Keep on Rockin' it out LP, you guys are really great as always.

i am not a fan of this album at all.. I understand growth in the band and doing new things. But i dont like this change at all. After such a long wait, it really was a disappointment to me. Please go back to the old music style

I agree - this album is really not what I was looking forward too. Need to put this one in the top40/pop section.

This album is easily forgettable for me. I will not buy this. I get the mature lyric thing, but I for one do not want to listen to a whole album of LP for a spiritual, political journey, really how many people buying this are actually going to try to do something to make a change in society or the environment???
MTV awards these days and LP - Lady Gaga lets face it this is pretty much her world these days and we all just live in it and Justin Beiber best new artist of the year (and lets point out the fact that someone said there is no rap in pop music well I do believe Luda is rapping on one of JB songs) so there you have rap and pop...hmm go figure

Sorry I expected much more originality from them, one thing I have loved about them is the contribution of each member to bring something to each song, to make it sound unique. I barely hear that in this. This album could almost have been done with with Mike, Chester and Hahn.

Bro Sean B jump off LPs ****. Yea everyone on this website obviously likes them but their new album sucks. I started likin rock cuz of LP cuz it was my style. The new album is not them

I dont agrre with you, i think that their new album is great, amaizing, it has realy good songs and it isnt like the other is new is a new style and is AMAIZING !!!!!!

So since the album doesn't appeal to you it sucks? Are you like 10 years old? If your going to criticize something then base it on something rather then, "its not your style." Furthermore. Your in no position to say what "is" and what "isnt" Linkin Park because you are not a member of the band.

I am a techno lover before a rock lover and i have to say, that this album is completely awful. One song (the catalyst) was the only decent one one here, way to different from their old stuff, and not in a good way. I hope they realize that this was a failed attempt and fix it...
