LP underground 9 activation code problem

I bought the LPU9 CD and a got an activation code for an annual membership. Now, it says that i should go to lpunderground.com. So I did it. The step is "Follow the instructions on LPunderground.com to activate your code." But I cant find those instructions. Could somebody help please?

P.S. I'm from Germany, the CD is bought in Germany.

if its lpu 9, it only works for lpu9 which is no longer in use as we are no in LPUX.  however it could in theory work trying going through the annual pass buy now and complete the steps
