I had the same thing happen to me and ended up having to call Ground Control customer service to get it taken care of. I never rec'd an email and my pass didn't even come with a packing slip. I actually had to get my credit card bill to show proof of payment before I could it taken care of. It took a while to get it done, but I finally got it all taken care of a couple weeks ago. Good luck. I hope that helps you out.

hello!

couple questions regarding the upcoming September 8th, home depot center show:

can you confirm if the underground pass will be honored for early entry at this location?

also, if I buy the underground pass today and I don't get my laminate in time will an email confirmation work?

if not, i'm ok with buying it in person on the day of the show. will a rep be available at this show?
