LPU system doesn't like me anymore

I already told everyone how I've missed lpu package and then monthly give away contest because my lpu account is not working. Now it's happening again. (ps. I sign in with the same network and email address I did with LPU).

I asked for a help and luckily I got some answers. I sent an email to topspin because dereklp -Moderator- told me to do that.

Then I got an email from topspin and they told me to take a contact to Linkin Park. Hey, sorry guys but you are throwing me like a ball! :( I appreciate that derek and topspin answered me so fast but the support I received is zero.

I know that lpu team have so much work to do and my problem is very small but It would be so much fun if somebody solve this problem. LPUX membership is not free :S

And hey! I'm not ungrateful. I'm very happy that lpu system is exist because it gave me so much! I was at the lpu summit in London 2010 and at the meet&greet in Helsinki (June, 2011).

I'll double check with LPUHQ to see what they have to say. I anticipate however that it is a TinyChat issue so there is nothing that us mods, HQ, or TopSpin can do (if that is the case)

In her case it's not only the Chat, but also the giveaways and the LPUX package.

How did you sign up for a meet & greet? It's the same system used for all things, so it must have worked at some point. I also see that you downloaded the newsletter. Do you remember if you did anything differently?

aah, it's hard to write in English :D But "How did you sign up for a meet & greet? It's the same system used for all things" <- I was so surprised that I was able to sing up for the meet&greet. And I have no problem with lpu chat.

but when I tried to redeem lpux package code I got the message "You don't have access to this product". I got that same message when I tried to click on the banner at the top of the page. I don't know what's the problem.

Can you sing up with my account or..should I just wait that lpu 11? :) maybe I have good luck next time.

How are you signing into the chat? What social networking profile is synced up to your account that you use to sign in to the chat? Do exactly what you do to sign in to the chat for the giveaways.

I use my Twitter account.

when I sing in to the chat..

Sign in using your account with

I choose: Twitter

Then I write my nickname and password. And then I'm in the chat.

And giveaway

I click on the banner at the top of the page which says: "This month's lpu giveaway.."

Sign in using your account with

I choose Twitter again

I write my nickname and password..

Then my computer says:

Purchase of this product requires privileges of

LPUX - Monthly Pass, LPUX - Annual Pass

Your are logged in as (my e-mail adress)

You don't have access to this product

I try and try but it's not working :/

I'm having the same issue, I'm logging on via FB and the chat shows the band member chat ID's but the actual window for the chat doesn't show up. I refresh and refresh but nothing, I even used IE, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Nothing
