LPUX Headquarters and LP staff

Where is the LPUX headquarters located? How would I go about being recruited to work for Linkin Park as part of their staff either at the LP Headquarters or traveling with them on tour to help do anything?  I just graduated college and I want to do something I love for a living. Supporting Linkin Park and being around anything LP related would fit exactly what I would like to do.     Thank you all, Melissa Z. in Huntington Beach, CA. (USA)
