I signed up and paid for my LPUX membership today and am having a large amount of difficulty finding out how to log on. I have tried to contact numerous people to find out how I can sort out this issue as soon as possible and by the looks of things, I won't be receiving any feedback until monday. Which is awful because I really want to use my LPUX membership NOW.

 

So, My issue is:

There is a link at the top of www.lpu.linkinpark.com saying "Redeem Membership" when you get there is asks for a code. This "code" is something that I have not recieved. I have only recieved a receipt of my payment details. This is extremely frustrating and I have been on numerous websites. I have contacted topspin and recieved an "automated email" saying that they have recieved my question and a "person" will answer my question as soon as possible. BUT, no one is in their offices until Monday too answer my question and move me forward in redeeming my code and to further redeem my membership and be able to log on. Aparently there are 4000+ members on their new website so obviously they have recieved this code some how. Please help me. This is becoming rather frustrating and not making me happy at all.

From my understanding, the need for a "code" was for those that joined before a certain date (Oct. or mid Nov. I think) LPUX is still undergoing many upgrades and changes from previous LPU years, namely, the message board is now a part of linkinpark.com... but to get access to presale tickets, meet and greets, etc., you must be a member of LPUX ( I got the $10  monthly for presale tickets, but I can't access RSVP for meet and greet because I'm not an annual member) What are you wanting to do exactly? If you're looking for a separate LPUX web page, you're out of luck, but if you sign in you will automatically be able to access Presale tix, M&G's, LPUX CD, etc.

You see, the problem is I cannot log on because I need this "code" to log in. There is no actual link on the page that says Log in, all it says is redeem code and I unfortunatley I was not sent a code. Aw, well this code situation seems to be still running even though it is nearly mid december. I also got a monthly pass but, I am unable to use it because of this stupid "code" situation and I dont know how I can get it. Usually on other sites it would have a link saying "Dont have one? Click here to be sent one" but there is none of that. It simply asks for the code to redeem the membership and if you don't have it, bad luck. Its so annoying!

The Redeem Code was just for previous LPU members to transfer their accounts over to the new site from the old one. You don't need it.

 

The new site isn't actually up & running yet ( at least I'm assuming it isn't...) hence no login.

 

LPUHQ's handling of this entire switch has been absolutely dreadful.
