I finally got an email from LPUX at 3:25 PM with the link and password. now there is another presale box on ticketmaster called
"ALBUM PREORDER PRESALE" and the password is supposed to be BEST, but it DOES NOT WORK!!

Great job LPUX!!! You guys screwed up the 2nd time too!!

I wrote to LPUX support to request a refund so I suggest you all do the same. It says they will get back to you within 2 days...
lets see if they do anything for us!!!

I emailed them as well yesterday. More than a refund, I just hope they find a way to open up more tickets. They can have my ten bucks... I just wanna see the show!!

Seems like all the tickets are gone now...does anyone know if they're going to open up more for sale to the general public?

I got my presale code for preordering the album at 5:30pm. Luckily I didn't wait and used the code posted here earlier for LP Underground members and it worked. Somebody dropped the ball on this one.

Does anyone know how to go about getting refunded for the presale tix? This is the first time I have ever experienced a canceled show so I don't know how or where to go to request a refund?

@richard: DC and CT should be receiving their refunds tomorrow. cincinnati should be receiving theirs either tomorrow or next week.
