I am new to these boards, but I am a huge LP fan.

I have been searching for LP's take on the meaning behind the new album and the single "The Catalyst"

Would be cool if anyone could chime in.

LP are historically tight lipped about giving away their song meanings, usually explaining that the fan should be the one who comes up with the interpretation. Often times different band members have different takes on the same song, like how Chester's meaning of What I've Done was a personal one, but Joe Hahn's take was a political one.

Only on a couple songs in the band's career have they told what the lyrics are about. Bleed It Out is about writing lyrics over and over.
Well this song leads me to believe that they are giving hope, even under a evil power. God will save us,break free.
But also, doing some internet searching there are some accusations of LP being part of illuminati ever since Jay-z. This could be bad, considering I am huge fan.

So my speculations and interpertations thus far is that they are maybe tied up in the corrupt plan (perhaps stuck for now), but are giving away tads of info and hope to people without being shutdown by the illuminati.

Crazy? maybe.
