Mp3 download does not work

Hi, I'm in need of some serious nerd help.
My iTunes is up to date, and I don't have any spyware, viruses, etc.I paid for and received the email for the mp3 album.
I click on the exe, and the progress bar comes up, and says it's complete.I hit play, and the files just aren't there.
It doesn't add anything. There are no Troubleshooting options for this through iTunes.
Please help! I wanna hear the album I paid for :(

the album isnt out yet so it isnt going to play them . you have to wait till sep 14

So the files will show up on Sep 14 in my itunes?
