Music and PTSD & Depression

Currently battling post traumatic stress disorder and depression. I have found that music is playing a massive part in my recovery. Just have to give a shout out to LP whos tunes have kept me grounded and inspiring me to get better. To sit down and listen to Album after album is something that i do constantly and the voices of Chester and Mike backed up by the rest is something that i am truly grateful for.

Anyone else got such experiances??
