Porque no todo el mundo trata a los demás como iguales y en cuanto a las cosas que no son causadas por los seres humanos que son injustas, que es una historia diferente (he usado Google Translate para este por lo que si las palabras no son correctas, es por eso;))
Why is life so unfair if we are all equal? Because not all of us treat each other as equals, and as for the things not caused by humans that are unfair, that is a different story.
Have a good one!
Que tenga un buen :)
Yes, it is true, to be a completely tolerant person I think you do need to have a certain degree of morality or conscience (or not really care about other people one way or the other). I’ve always found it awful that, as we grow up and branch out in the world, we are often expected to harm or get in the way of others in some way in order to get ahead ourselves. I think we would make a far better world, and achieve much more, especially much more good things, if we worked for the good of all of us rather than stepping on others to get further ourselves. From my experience in smaller groups, I’ve seen that the non-selfish groups get far greater things done because there are no barriers to what they will give to the group to help out, and therefore together we can work out much better ways to do things using each other’s knowledge and wisdom, than when we only have our own to work from.
Yes, sometimes that can mean giving up individual ‘success’ in the world’s eyes, but I think it is far more successful to work well with others for the betterment of the world than to selfishly step on others for your success. But yes, easier said than done. ;)
Have a nice one :) ]
sorry for my english but i speak spanish in my country...
and yes, youre right... "succes in the worlds eyes"
and thats the point, i dont want be a succesful person in that way
for me succes is try to be a good person, thats all i can do, i dont expect anything else of myself.
I am the same as you in what I see as success, and what sort of success I do not care about. :)
And no worries about your English - and you do well at it anyway. :) It's nice to hear totally what you are trying to say [I'm glad that Google translate seems to do a pretty good job for Spanish, unlike some other languages] as it can be hard to say it fully in a language that is not your first language :)). It's nice to have someone (yourself) to talk to about this stuff - not many do, in my circle of acquaintances (other than my housemate - which is nice for me :)). Thankyou :)
hehe no problem
its weird cause i dont feel good very often, but when i help someone i feel satisfied.
so if this conversation helps you to express something you wanna say, its everything alright.
ps: here in chile (where im from) its 3 am
I'm sorry you don't feel good very often - I go through periods like that but then also periods where I feel good much of the time, so I know it's not the best when you don't feel good most of the time. :( I hope that changes for you. :) I'm glad you feel satisfied when you help someone - I love it when I can help someone too :) :) :)
And yes, this conversation helped me express myself, but also to hear someone else's thoughts (yours) I really value hearing. :)
Wow, you are typing at 3am?! That is very early (or late) to be typing!!! :D :D :P Sounds like me sometimes at home working on my music at that time :) Unfortunately the library and internet place are not open at that time so I can never type on here at that time of the morning :) It's 2:39pm in afternoon here right now, and nicely sunny. You are form Chile?! I've always wanted to visit there! :) :) :)
oh you make music???? are you an artist?
and yes im from chile, nice country but the people is a bit intolerant, anyways have a lot of nature and i love it...
right now here is 00:45 hehe
Wow, another late night! :D ;) ;P
Yes, I make music - I'm recording an album at present, but paying for it myself so it's taking a long time ;P This is a rough version of one of my songs, if you want to hear: Whispers - click here to listen to my rough song (the trumpet is too loud and none of the takes are the final ones we'll use, but it's pretty good even so ;)).
Shame that people are a bit intolerant in Chile - some people in Australia can be fairly intolerant too, unfortunately. :( I'm glad about the nature, though - I love nature!!! :) :) :)
It's 3:13pm here now :) Enjoy!
P.S. I see you're a musician too - I'm having a listen to your MySpace stuff now :) I like the ambience. :)
amazing song! :P congratulations!
i love artist people, i dont know why but ive seen a connection between the good people and artists, commonly the artists are good people.
you have a band? or are you a solo artist? (i think i listen more than one voice)
and yes, i dont like people intolerant.
Thanks! I will let you listen to the album when it is finished, definitely :)
Yes, I am in a band (or a partial one, anyway - we still need a drummer and lead guitarist and keyboardist/instrumentalist. :) Great to have some who can do backing vocals too :)
I know a few not very nice musicians, so I do not see that connection so much, but I know a lot of very nice musicians (and lovely artists like painters, drawers, etc, also), so there do seem to be a lot of good-hearted ones out there :) :) :)
How about you? Are you in a band, or do you just do solo stuff? I like that your stuff has a beat to it while still being quite ambient :)
