I joined the Linkin Park fan club.  I received a link to download the album...it never worked...it was a broken link.  Then I contacted Warner Bros Music Store they sent me a couple replies to update my browser.  Updated all the browsers on my Apple and regular PCs - nothing.  I contacted Warner Bros Customer Service....and they replied back with a link to enter a redemption code to download the album.  I explained to them I was never given a redemption code. They never responded after this......It's not the amount but all the fricken time Ive spent trying to communicate with someone to get my digital download - simple task,  I PAID FOR IT!! Someone help!  Otherwise I guess I can always do a chargeback...maybe then Ill get a response from someone.
