same problem here !! gettin really annoyed :>

 

I'm tryin to download Finland show, I've already paid it 17.6 but I don't get any download link to start the downloading.. and I know the show is ready for download since other people have got it already. 

I too have tried different browsers but nothing happens, and I've got the confirmation e-mail for the purchase been successful. Java is tested and working.

and I have also contacted support and got no answer -.-

 

what have I done wrong ?!?!

I just got THE email! maby its the same on the Finland show.

I've got e-mail too and I'm just laughing my ass off here..

I wouldn't have contacted them if I was seeing the f*cking link somewhere f*ck !! -.-

You should be able to log into your account and see a green highlighted bar that says ‘you have files waiting for you’ and be able to begin your download.

Hmm...have you tried getting the show by another computer? borrowed from a family member or friend? i was thinking it might maby the op system that dont work well with LP site....do you have win xp, vista or windows 7?

But if that doesnt work, i am all out of ideas...they should figur out some way for you to get you pre paid show! and i think they will.

I have win xp and I asked my friend to try the downloading with his computer, but still no download bar :(

well, I guess I just have to wait for a new answer from the support..

Here also using Firefox+Newest java (tried reinstalling as well) and tried downloading Helsinki show

For me it shows up error "Loading application failed" or something like that and by clicking "more details" it gives following error dumb log. Hope it'll help us get problem resolved as I want to get what I paid for

Oh my, well, try abit later to contact the support, maby they have some problems right now, i mean, shit happens, i hope that you´ll be able to send them an e mail about the error you get....and that they fix is SOON.

Hmph... Got contact done... Answer was

 

 

"Dear Janne,
We are very sorry for the trouble you are having.
    It sounds like you are having a Java issue. Please completely uninstall Java and then go to java.com

 

and install the newest version of the software. Then restart your computer and login to http://downloads.linkinpark.com/

 

. This should solve your issue.
 
Also, make sure you have enough room on your hard drive.
 
If for some reason this doesn't work, you are likely having a software conflict. First try using a different browser, and then if you are still having issues try turning off all your security software, ad-blockers, and etc.

Tried reinstalling java etc. nothing helped... Well luckily I was able to locate show recording as torrent so I was able to illegally download what I had legally paid for -.- Why I always feel like we few who still are being honest and buy stuff being let down while pirates are having their parade?

If you have the mail they sent why you bought the show, that shows that you paid for it, then it wouldnt be illegal :P *i think* thats what i heard about cd´s, if you have the music on a real bought cd and download it, then its not illegal...

But on the other hand, i´m a blond ;)

I still haven't got a new answer to my problem.. I just can't understand what's the issue here, since I've tried many different browsers and I have tested my Java in many situations and my friend tried downloading with his computer, but still no bar appears..

really frustrated here :'(
