Problems with getting tickets
Is anyone else having problems trying to log on and get presale tickets after shelling out for the album?? I preordered the album so I could get the presale for concert tickets and I never recieved a promo code or anyway to log on to buytickets.
I have tried going thru support, ( which is a HUGE JOKE) but they just send me links that I can't log on to because it keeps saying my password is invalid. I just set it up and then changed it when it wouldn't let me log on. It still won't let me log on and I can't get in to buy presale tickets.
Support is no help whatsoever and I haven't been able to log on and buy a ticket.
Can anyone help me or should I just contact my credit card company and fight the charge siting fraud on the websites part?
Please help, I've been trying since 7 this morning to log on. And I am sooooooo pissed at the staff.

I had this problem also, but it was with the album. I got the presale promo tickets and purchased them from LPU. Funny thing is though that they aren't going to ship them until Auguest 22nd...... yet they let me choose and pay for UPS 2nd day Air....very fishy too me.
Anyways back to my issues with this. I put in all my cc info and shipping info for the $26 album and never got an order confirmation, receipt or anything. I do not recall if I was charged for it or not but it is now 7/7/12 and have not received the CD. I don't get how I was able to pre order the tickets though...I do not know what to do either. All I know is that we should both be monitoring our credit reports after dealing with this site....
