This seems to be a common problem with everyone this pre-sale as well as the one for the New York concert in August. I wasn't apart of the pre-sale in August but I know that there were a bunch of angry fans. I hope this time we get "unique" codes e-mailed to us tomorrow that we can use.

You don't need a redemption code in order to test your account; you didn't receive one because you purchased your account after the codes were needed. It looks like you linked your LPUX account to your Facebook account - please select that when you test your account.

You can test your access to LPU by doing the following:

1) Visit http://ww3.linkinpark.com/testaccess/
2) Find your membership type and click on the "Test Now" button. If you're asked to login, just select the account you used when you redeemed your code
3) If the item "Test Access" has been added to your cart you can checkout - don't worry you won't be charged during this process
4) You're done!

As an LPU member you will have access to Linkin Park concert tickets before anyone else in the world, plus we reserve the best tickets in the house for you. The upcoming 2011 US tour will be announced soon at linkinpark.com along with LPU pre-sale information. It isn't available yet, but additional LPUX site experiences will be rolling out soon, and the exclusive LPUX CD and merchandise will come shortly.

Please let me know if you weren't able to verify your access or if you need any other assistance.

yeah ok they email me a receipt after i tested it, great... i still dont know how to access LPUX!

I dont think LPUX is up and running yet. When you go to lpunderground.com its for LPU9. So I think we have access to the tickets tomorrow just not the website at the moment.
