SONG STOLEN FROM LINKIN PARK???

I was watching a tv show when they started playing a song, the song was in chinese, but the instrumental in the song was exactly the same as "What I've Done".....
any ideas? or ways to contact linkin park to ask them if they sold the song to some television show?

This happens quite alot, when my parents watch TV on some chinese channel, I always see random music videos by people covering songs mixing a bit of English lyrics taken from the original with Cantonese and making the song 10x worse.
