It depends on which discussions you're talking about.
If the discussion was posted by a specific band member, then yes they actually write them.
If it was started by Linkin Park, it could be one of the band members or it could be someone from HQ.
As far as if they read any replies, Mike is going to be your best bet. He definitely seems the most active on the forums. :)

its a dream of mine to actually have any contact atall with LP. preferably chester but they are all great :)
