Using "Across The Line" in an indie film? Mike please read

Hey guys, the "Doctor" here, just curious from an amateur filmmaker's standpoint, what needs to happen to use "Across The Line" in an indie/ student film from a copyright perspective?  Think it would be prefect for my closing credits!  This thing may or may not make it to a film festival, just don't want to be cavalier, throw it in there, and be slapped with a nasty cease and desist from my favorite band's lawyers!  Let me know guys, thanks in advance!
