This song perfectly described my relationship with my parents.

Handful of complaints but i can't help the fact that everyone can see these scars.

These were the words that made me listen more precisely to Linkin Park - Songs in general and made me a fan. Numb is a song that took all the words together I couldn't ever tell to show how I felt about the relationship to my father at this time. This song was like breathing out, screaming out those feelings that were so hard to bear.

I would have to say Numb "All I want to do is be more like me & be less like you", because everyone should be their own person & not try to be like someone else. Reminds me of raising my daughter & the expectations we have for our kids. They are not going to be like us, no matter how much we wish they would just do as we say...they are their own person.

Me too Mike & things for me have been on a downward spiral for the last few years due to my health, which carries over into financial because I can no longer work. I also think about my daughter & how I don't want her to give up, that there's always options. Great song choice :)
