Where are my tickets?
I ordered Living Things via presale on April 24th in order to get access to the presale of tickets for the Woodlands Concert on August 28th. Everything went through successfully.
But now I'm getting messages to tell me that I can buy Living Things Presale, as if I have not already done so.
But MORE IMPORTANTLY I have heard absolutely nothing about my tickets for almost two months now, and I have no way to contact you! What's up with the tickets? What's the schedule for me getting them? Don't you think the customer should have gotten some of this information by now?
Guys, don't burn the band with this really bad management.

I am in the same boat at William above (but different show). One of the biggest reasons that I purchased a membership into the LP Underground was to be able to be part of the pre-sales, but have not heard anything since the purchase, only a $200 charge to my credit card to remind me that I actually purchased the tickets. As this purchase was not through Live Nation directly, it does not show up on my Live Nation profile.
I know that the show is still months away, but us fans are so looking forward to the concert that having tickets in hand is very important!
Any information that can be provided is highly appreciated!
