Won't let me Download Bootleg for Toronto show 2011...

Like everybody else who attended the concert I was offered a professional bootleg of the show.
I texted for my code right after the show and got it e-mailed to me.
I entered my code, and the website says that I have new files waiting, so I click on that, and nothing happens!
I really want this bootleg, I am a huge LP fan, and I have been waiting for this for sometime.

Any help?
