WOULD YOU LIKE LP TO GO BACK TO THEIR OLD STYLE LIKE THEIR SONGS IN HYBRID THEORY OR JUST STAY WITH THEIR CURRENT STYLE LIKE THEIR SONGS IN ATS?

I really don't know what like more. So,i just would like to know what you think or which one for you do you like more

linkin park must go back to their roots.ATS was crap.i liked MTM it was good i liked songs like given up or no more sorrow.but ATS was the worst album in the world.they need more songs like a place for my head,lying from you,papercut.and everyone who prefer ATS to go and listen to this crapped techno.linkin park is nu metal not a crapped techno or pop thats not them.I hope someone from the band will read this.ALL OF YOUR MILLION FANS THAT COME TO CONCERTS WANT TO LISTEN FAINT,PAPERCUT NOT WAITING FOR THE END.i hope the new album will be like meteora-more metal,more screaming,more guitar.thats what i and 50 mil people are thinking.You guys are the best band in the world but you are best in nu metal not pop.you need to go back to your old style.

I think that they need to expand ATS wasn't there defenitly not there best stuff, THAT IS FOR SURE! I think that they need to go back to their roots for a little bit but they need to keep expanding. But their nu-metal sound was one of the best sounds ever! And chester doesnt have to be screaming his head off but they should do more things like numb and papercut. that was there best stuff by far!

yes you are right.they need more songs like papercut or with you-my favorite songs from hybrid theory. after all linkin park is nu metal band and everyone who dont like rap or metal or rock to go away he have no place here.YES I THINK THEY NEED TO GO BACK TO THEIR OLD STYLE.but i think they already are doing it.look at concerts they play less ATS and more METEORA songs thats why there are more fans.who scream with chester in faint.

there seriously is no old or new lp to me :) they've all been the same 6 guys I've known all these years and whats so great about them is that whatever music they put out, it truly is just brilliant :)

You need to grow up. Just because it wasn't their old style does not mean it was the "worst album in the world" or it was "crap". Have you ever listened to BrokeNCYDE or Design the Skyline? And A Thousand Suns was not at all pop, are you serious? It was at most electronic rock, rap rock, and hip hop.

I don't care which direction they take honestly. I thought A Thousand Suns was incredible, and I've been a fan since 2004. It's my 2nd favorite album by them behind Meteora. I would personally like to see a mixture of their sound.

I'd like a combination of both. My favorite song, period, is Blackout. The instrumentation behind that song is absolutely amazing and personally I don't think it can be truly appreciated unless you listen to an instrumental-only version. That being said, some of my other favorite songs include Breaking The Habit, In The End, QWERTY, High Voltage (no particular version), and Pushes Me Away. I think that an album combining the strong points of all those songs would be fantastic. They don't need to go back to being strictly nu metal at all I don't think to sound amazing, but instead should focus on doing what they like doing the best and what helped make them famous but also incorporate what they learned in their experimental ventures as well.
