art or a crime

even tho people say graffiti is a crime but other say is art would you concider this a crime or art???

depend to many things... like: is this graffiti hurt or disturbe someone?

and other things like this.. we can not judge only by what feeling about it!

well.....it has to do what you use graffiti for..I'm kind of  a young artist  and i'm into graphic designing. I happen to loooove graffiti. As long as it is use to express your creativity and your love of art and not to insult anyone, then i think its fine...
