Animals haven't got a voice and need people who will speak for them.  Like Chester, let us use our voices to make this world a better place for all animals - and for all people.

@Jessica S2 - Chaz is even more than beautiful on this picture - I'd like to put it on my desktop, but I'm afraid my husband won't show any understanding... :-D  Do you want some more girlie talk? ;-)

@Regi: Haven't Chaz and Talinda got even 2 dogs and 2 cats?

BTW I have two bunnies (tomorrow will be their 1st birthday), their names are Luna (black-brown) and Flöckchen (which means little flake, because he is all white with blue eyes)... actually they are my daughters' bunnies, but I love them, too...

Hi Jessy, you see, if someone falls in love with you now, it will be YOU + YOUR passion for LP and Chester. You can't separate one from another, I guess. In the case of LPisgreat and myself, our husbands were there before LP, therefore we need to be a little more tolerant when they don't understand... ;-)

I have taken the text bellow from PETA's Facebook. I agree very much with what is sai, althouth I have no f* idea who 'Kathy Freston' is...

"Moving toward a way of eating that is kind to our bodies, the earth, and animals is about progress, not perfection. It's about leaning into it by making smarter everyday choices. We may take different paths to get there, but in the end, any step away from a meat-and-dairy-centric diet and toward a plant-based way of eating is a tremendously positive (and delicious) step." -Kathy Freston

Animals in Disaster

The impact of the disasters on pets and other animals is often far more devastating than the impact of the disaster on the human population in the disaster area.  Animals are not allowed in shelters, and their owners often have no time to make other arrangements for their pets safety and security before the disaster strikes.

Hi Jessy! I know you're right,  but it is all so difficult sometimes. I wish I could do more to help, both in my normal, daily life as well as in crises situations like in Japan now... but to be honest to you I really do not know how :-(
