Of course, there's no guarantee that they'll read/respond to it, but that's probbaly your best bet unless you (or someone you know) can hand a written letter to them at a meet and greet of some sort...

You could always submit an inquiry (https://app.topspin.net/account/help_public), though I'm not sure they'd help you out. If I find out any more info on how to check that, I'll let you know. Hope you get it figured out soon...
