Here is the prob. You need Livestream to get the Video chat with the band members. I know its a lot of registration but worth :)

Yep, did all that. Registered fir LPUX via facebook, still had to sign up for a livestream accoun.

@Jane: its just for the LPU guys, you have to register for LPUX if you want to have the priviledge of chatting with the band members or meet and greets..

To join easier you have to sign in with facebook or twitter or what ever you have.. You have to do it after clicking on the Chat button
