@LPSOLDIERSFTW was originally made right before the weekend that the 2011 EMA's took place, with the meaning to spread the word about voting for LP (Can't remember what it was called, I only know that it had a LP related name, haha!)... After the EMA's took place, the band announced #PowerTheWorld, which was pretty exciting. I decided to change the name of my page, from -I can't remember- to "@LPSOLDIERSFTW" (I guess we all know what "FTW" stands for in this case). Decided to make it a fanpage and started to spread the #PowerTheWorld news.
Right after the announcement, Mike decided to stop by in LPU chat unannounced. He started talking about #PowerTheWorld and asking us to spread the word. I told him we were already spreading it on Twitter (Followed by the name of my new page)
As you can see below, you'll see what happened.
I also suggested him to follow the page (Just in case, it's always worth trying, I thought) You can see what happened here...
Although he recently Unfollowed me (because he wanted to freshen up his feed...) he helped this little, unprofessional page grow from 50 Followers to over 800 in 3 months. Without him following, not that much people would've found out about my page (So, thanks Mike!). From today on, I will keep doing my best to maintain the page as much as possible.
