Terrible! But I am going to eat a purple carrot (I have never seen one before but I saw it in the greengrocer so bought it to try) with other roast vegetables for dinner tonight - looking forward to seeing what it tastes like (shopkeeper said it tastes stronger than normal carrots). Can't wait to cook it! Have a lovely one and get all better soon! It's been beautiful warm sunny weather here today - hope nice days for you too!
