- For those who didn't catch it.. i just wanted to share a little aobut me here...
my oh my do we have more in common than i thought (to those who have AD/HD [Covering both ADD and ADHD])! adhd is a bitch and curse... sorry.. gift and a curse lol. Really though...
hyperfocus sure is a fun ride huh? till you realize all the shit you didn't get done that you shoulda! lol i listen to pendulum while i do school work (psyhcology 101) and it balances me quite a bit.
When i'm angry... upset.... frustrated... or pissed (as the brits n those over "the pond" say) [btw pissed in europe can mean fucking happy as hell... to us anyway lol] I listen to LP... i hear through lyrics and let the music flow....
Do i blame it for my mistakes? I don't blame anymore. I find my mistakes... i correct my mind's pattern (when possible... otherwise just keep putting one foot in front of the other). Sure... I blame myself when I drop a plate and the food's more on my floor than in me empty tum-tums. But who doesn't? (That tum-tums can be pretty demanding! =D)
So anyone else out there Dx (Diagnosed) or Dx with Rx (Diag. with Prescription) or those without either... hit me up on my comment wall or friend me and we'll talk!
I'm no expert... but I've had 4-5 years of personal wrongs, rights, corrections, great days, manic episodes, and now have a clear view of where/who i am and want to be! Sorry for the long windedness... Thought maybe i'd throw this out there considering the snow's got me inside!

i totallly understand the hyperfocus part too! i get so zoned out sometimes! have no idea whats going on around me.
