THIS ALBUM WAS AMAZING, I THOUGHT MTM WAS OK, AND THE FIRST TWO WILL ALWAYS BE MY FAVORITE, BUT I CANNOT WAIT FOR ANOTHER RECORD AFTER THIS HAS BEEN PRODUCED. THIS WAS EPIC, I LOVED THE STREAMING. I DIDN'T STEAL THE SONGS OR TRY AND HEAR THEM ON YOUTUBE, I WAITED FOR LINKIN PARK TO GIVE THE RELEASE AND I PREORDERED THE ALBUM. THE TRUEST BAND IN THE WORLD. YOU CAN'T LISTEN TO ONE SONG. YOU HAVE TO LISTEN ALL THE WAY THRU, WITH LOUD HEADPHONES THAT PICK UP EVERYTHING.

I don't know what everyone's complaining about, how there are only 9 songs. Hybrid Theory had 11, with one instrumental. Those 10 songs totaled 35:14. The 9 songs with lyrics on this album total 39:54. So technically, this album has more "music" (by your definition of music). And Linkin Park has never been about nu metal. They've always been about taking the best of every style of music and blending it into one sound. This album is incredible! And everything Linkin Park has ever done has left it's mark on music history. They're setting the way to a new generation of music. Great job Linkin Park!!

All the song are really good. The beginning of Iridescent was amazing and The Messenger was pretty mellow. My favorite song has to be Wretches and Kings. I'll definitely buy this album.

EPIC! i read a lot of the comments saying that there are only 9 songs, but have u seen the size of them? the whole album is 47 minutes, the equivelant to MtM and Meteora. LP has chosen Quality of Quantity and im surprised there aren't a lot of comments saying that. i thought the whole experience was im glad their mixing a little of their old style (electronic beats, remixing) and adding the new style (shinoda singing, the speeches, and creativity) into it all. I have always said that LP isn't nu metal or alternative rock becuase i feel they don't have a set genre for them. Amzing work guys.

This is pretty good.
It's different than what I was expecting, but it's still very good! I like most of the songs on here, especially Wretches and Kings, the Catalyst, and Waiting for the End. I'm pretty excited to see what the next album brings after this. Keep making great music, LP!
