DECEMBER 15 - LPU SUMMIT @ ACER ARENA
9:00am - 2:30pm (optional activity): MUSIC FOR RELIEF TREE PLANTING, IN PARTNERSHIP WITH CONSERVATION VOLUNTEERS AUSTRLIA AT TREGEAR RESERVE IN BLACKTOWN
We are excited to announce the afternoon activity, a Music For Relief tree planting! This is a great way to give back and help restore the environment while getting to know other members of the LPU. Volunteers will assist in restoring and maintaining natural areas and waterways by planting native species. Lunch will be provided.
Sign ups for the tree planting will be on a first-come, first-served basis. If selected, you will be meeting at at 9am on December 15th. The tree planting will run until approx 2:30pm.
Space for the tree planting is limited, so if you would like to attend, send an email to rsvp@lpunderground.com with the subject MFR TREE PLANTING SYDNEY and please provide the following information:

4:30pm - 8:30pm: MAIN SUMMIT EVENT
Arrive at the main entrance to the Acer Arena by 4:30pm for check in and to receive your laminate. BRING PHOTO ID.

Sydney’s west is home to a large number of nature reserves as well as a thriving population. These natural areas are vital to preserving Sydney's biodiversity and endemic environment. Tregear Reserve supports endangered habitats and rare species is one of many reserves critical to the Regenesis program.
Volunteers will assist in restoring and maintaining natural areas and waterways by assisting with planting native species and protection of existing regeneration sites. Enhance your green skills with us and you may even have a chance to see some of the great bird and wildlife species that call the reserves home!

My sister is trying to sort out work so I was wondering if anyone knows that if she is unable to make it to the activities outside Acer can she still get in at 4:30pm for the check in? Just wasnt sure how tight security etc is going to be on the day...so cant wait to be there!

I want a ticket or a refund for my LPUX Membership as the main site did not say sold out untill I had purchased the membership.
More tickets need to be made available Specially for LPUX members who thought they would be getting in.

On the print-off it says "time subject to change", so I don't think we'll know the exact time until closer to the date.

yeah not sure mine says 1pm, the event info under tour dates says 1-8pm...so would also like to confirm exact times...my work is so awesome n have already given me the day off :D

is anyone able to shed some light as to the correct start time? some passes say 1pm some say 6pm. mine says 6pm... if its at 1 im gonna need to take a day off work... or call in sick... whatever

I can't believe I have missed the tickets - I tried to purchase the annual LPU membership with the pass last night but for some reason it didn't process thru. Am really depressed that they are now showing sold out. Did anybody else have a similar issue???
