Alright so the MSG presale is obviously a bunch of BS. None of the other presales sold out but the MSG one was gone in 5 seconds yesterday and today. doesn't make any sense at all.

Whats going on with the 2nd day LP Access? I haven't been able to purchase tickets. Anybody having any luck??

I saw something during the original presale that said ticket details will be announced after 12/15. Topspin is saying that LPU might announce it a couple days before 1/14. Fingers crossed its next week!

I got tickets for Phoenix yesterday- unable to do so at my work computer but my order at 3 pm on my home PC want through. My receipt says status "pending" but actual paper tickets will be delivered by UPS on Jan 14. Why on earth can't we find out where our reserved seats are ?That is so weird in today's world.

What is not fair to me is to charge people for tickets when there are no tickets if you know what I mean.

I think its bs that you sit in front of the computer from 1145 constantly refreshing the page, then you finally get to the ticket screen, and at the end they till you your order is invalid.

It isn't a scam. It is how the site is set up. Ticketmaster chooses each individual seat at the time of purchase dragging presales on for an hour. Topspin takes every confirmed order, puts them in first come first serve order, then the tickets are printed out from there. Everybody in the world could be going through the log in screen but on the ones who finish entirely and are submitted will get tickets. This makes getting through the log ins and address screens as quick as possible very important.

I checked my bank account, they charged me but no confirmation e-mail. How long does it take to get one or will I contact customer service and they tell me it was a mistake.
