My order said it went through for 2 reserved tix for the Phoenix, AZ show, and they sent me a receipt. At the bottom it shows quantity and status, and under status, it says "pending"... Are they still going to go through...? Cuz everything for the order went correctly, but I'm just wondering why it says "pending". I wouldn't think the PHX show would be sold out this quickly,so I should get tickets,right...?

Maybe I'm just over-worrying. It's probably fine... I've wanted these tickets forever (You don't even know how excited I was when they said they added a PHX show. XD),and this is pretty much all I've thought about all day. I hope everything went right!!

--Oh,and I put the ticket recipient's name as my mom's name, since it was her card- Does she have to actually be at the show to pick up the tickets for me? (Because she's not seeing the show, actually) I just want to make sure I don't take any chances, and get this all right!! X)

Hopefully they'll release more tomorrow.

I still love the fact that we save $19 on every ticket and not paying ticketbastard.

i thought today was for LPU members presale...all LPU member should get ticket to that show they want to attend...they payed $60 and $10 for it...it was those who chose LP Access to get tomorrow's remaining tix if there are any...LP shows are starting to get more private to me, and i dont know if that is a good thing or not. I love Linkin Park but Im not rich. i've been saving to be a LPU Annual memer, i made it, but now i can't see them in NYC.

Tickets are not guaranteed but when something happens like what happened to the person below you, you have a reason to be angry.

This is such BS! Topspin is AN EPIC FAIL!!!!! Here are more email correspondences I have had with them for the past hour or so:
They respond either in short replies or give a duplicate answer!

This from me to TopSpin: I have received a response to my email about not getting a confirmation email of order placed and here it is

Hi Frank ~
Due to the high demand in purchasing Linkin Park tickets, the inventory was sold out at the time you attempted to purchase. Topspin's payment processor (Global Collect) immediately voids any failed or canceled purchases, but it can take your bank up to a couple business days to clear the pending charges from your statement.
Kind Regards,
Barbara
PLEASE DON'T CANCEL MY ORDER. I was charged for the order and I called my credit card and they said the order was approved. I didn't receive an order cancellation email either. The order flow paged timed out, so I guess that's why I didn't receive a confirmation email. How can the tickets have been out of stock if the order went through? If it is not being cancelled please let me know and send me a confirmation email with receipt. Thank You!

From TopSpin: Hey Frank ~

Your order was not completed; there were no tickets left to purchase.

Kind regards,
Barbara

From ME : So then how come I was charged for it? Are you sure it wasn't completed? As far as I'm concerned if I was charged for it, then the order went through. Does TopSPin have phone number that I Can call?

From ME: Why then have I not received an order confirmation or order cancellation email?

From what I've seen on other forums they were available starting at 11:45 EST which makes no sense because I was online then and couldn't do anything until a few minutes later and by then they were sold out already. Any idea if they'll have more available tomorrow and Wednesday for the remainder of the non-LPUX presalers?

I too tried to get tickets for MSG an hour after they went on sale. If tickets are all gone why does it still indicate on the ticket page that they are for sale? Also if they are saying that the there might not be ticket availability for the next two pre-sales, then they need to address that. If there are none they should provide us with the code for the MSG Ticketmaster pre-sale Friday.

I was actually charged for the tickets though and I was able to place my order. Was it because I placed the order a few minutes before 12 pm that my order is going to be cancelled?

Here is the response I received from TopSpin:
Hi Bryan ~

Today's allotment of pre-sale tickets for the Madison Square Garden venue sold out very quickly as you know. It's possible that more tickets will be released tomorrow, but we don't yet know if that will be the case. The Linkin Park team will send an email with information later this evening if tickets become available and you are also welcome to check back tomorrow morning (9am PST).
Kind Regards,
Barbara

---idk how they can sell out in 15 seconds... I replied as soon as the response came in as follows:
"This doesn't make any sense. I was granted access at 11:55 AM (EST) and was able to select the amount of tickets I wanted then entered in my information for shipping then when I pressed enter, was told it was 'out of stock'. Yet while other people have the same issue as me, there have been two cases where people tried to buy them after 12 noon EST and were given tickets. Am I understanding the email correctly because I know there are two other days of presales... are those people shut out from them as well now?"
:::no response yet, seems to be a generic email they're sending out right now.
