they said there is a m&g...even its a festival....they said the pre-sale tickets are able to buy at 9:00 local...that means 9.00 am in germany right?

I am trying to order my tickets for the show in Germany.  I am have received the link from Topspin Media, from which should be able to order the tickts up 9:00 am local time, but UNFORTUNATELY THE SHOW IS NOT BEEN SOLD YET :-(
