wow cant believe the people hating on LP because of this. You gotta understand that although they are the band, the have to listen to their company and take their advice/orders. From what i can tell(via videos and what not. Something only the majority of bands do) they seem like the nicest, humble down to earth guys ever, and have a wholle lotta love for their fan-base. they're screwing over their fans? FUCK THAT! that is something LP would never do. Some things are just out of their control.

 

hope to see you up and running again chester, and of course a happy bday to you mike, for yesterday? i dunno...international times suck....

This would have been my FIRST show to see them.  PRE ordered tickets three months ago which I have NEVER done for another band.  Paid the most I have ever paid to see a band.  Was so totally freakin' excited for the past 3 months and then, bam.  I do hope Chester feels better of course but I really want them to reschedule.  It was so hard for me to get these tickets being it was the first time I ever tried to order good seats 1 day before going on sale.  I was devastated.  I almost cried, then drank.  I just know the show would have been AWESOME!  Damn!  Dawn

If there is no reschedule for the D.C. show, I'm just going to take it as a slap in the face and save the money for the next time Muse comes to the U.S.

Kirley Silva- its because he doesnt have controll over it, the managers and whoever else do. he cant say "yah were gonna rescheule" when hes not in charge of it, thats why he said hes just along for the ride.

ok ok after listening to Brad's interview and stop being so selfish and upset. I truly hope that Chester gets better cuz having a fever sucks big time, i know. Hey CHESTER!!! if your reading this!!! make sure u take ur medicine, nightquil, hot soup, Advil and stay in bed. as of right now ur health, voice, and ur physical state is more important then the canceled show. ooo and Tell i said HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Mike Shinoda love u guys and tell Rob, Brad, and Phoenix to stay fit and healthy!!

im sure they will eventually will reschedule their cancelled shows. you guys just gotta have some patience. you guys know Linkin Park, do they ever disapoint at their shows? to all the ones ive been too, never. just give them sometime. chesters health is the main concern.

Health first.  My guess is the band will do their best to make it up to their fands.  saw them in detroit and chicago and hope to see in cincy on 13th.  great band, better dudes.  my best to chester.

Obviously Chester, and the bands health as a whole, is everyone's main concern. Very few people are protesting that. What annoys the hell out of me is the simple fact they haven't yet/won't reschedule the show. 9/10 times when a band cancels a show they make it up. They reschedule for the end of the tour or make a special stop or something along those lines.

 

Linkin Park apologize to the fans and while that's all well and good, canceling the show completely vs. rescheduling, shafts thousands of fans. I've had the opportunity to see LP 4-5x over the years, but I feel worse for the people who would've seen them for the first time tonight.

 

There's absolutely no reason why they can't make up this date (+ CT and whatever other dates are canceled in the near future) in the 4 months they have off between the end of this US tour and the start of their summer festival tour.

 

If they truly want to make it up to their fans they better come to their senses and reschedule the date. Just my opinion.

 

Linkin Park still rules.
