I am very sorry for Chester's health concerns and I wished him a speedy recovery but how can you let your fans be treated this way? Linkin Park makes more then enough money between merchandise, tickets, and album sales they need to take if personally that some of us loyal fans are not being refunded. This is unacceptable I received an e-mail saying "You'll be contacted in a few days." I mean come on now this is ridiculous and they have to see the posts or even the people that run the website. I think they need to rethink using TopSpin because they are HORRIBLE. I have e-mailed them twice and have gotten nothing back in return. Hell I was going to use the Redeemable code to download the NY show and it's not even available right now. I am very disappointed because all I really wanted was to see Linkin Park live. The closest I have come is watching the Live DVDs. I don't know I just find it completely unacceptable to have your fans treated this way.

Chester actually didn't get anything serious. He only had flu virus. The hospital tested him for H1n1 and swine flu that lead to complications.

I'm not sure exactly how long Chester had his health issue before the DC date came around, but it seems to me with how serious they made it out to be that he shouldn't be good enough to play a show after only a little over a week off.

I'm just getting over a cold and I didn't have my full voice back for almost 3 weeks. I'm not suggesting a conspiracy theory or anything, it just seems weird to me that he was so sick and now he's miraculously healthy enough to perform.

Also, topspin can go to hell. I've never had a refund for an event take a week, let alone more than one. This is getting ridiculous. If they don't have the manpower (or whatever excuse they're using) to do refunds in a timely manner, they shouldn't be in charge of selling tickets for thousands of people in the first place.

Bonjovi performed on a sprained ankle, that's admirable, but chester performed on a broken wrist too. I'm saying if it wasn't really serious, they wouldn't have canceled. You can't judge them for the three canceled shows that wasn't rescheduled because you don't know how busy their schedules are, they might have something else lined up and could only afford 2 reschedules. They still have the asian tour and proj rev to think about. That said, it makes sense rescheduling the bigger shows because there are more fans there waiting for them.

Also, the amount of money you payed for is gonna be fully refunded so lp and their crew don't get anything out of the canceled shows except expenses. I don't know when, but I'm sure it's gonna get refunded. Topspin is doing a poor job with the refunds which sucks, they don't have an efficient system.

we have to be patient. It's all we can do, they're suppose to have topspin do the refunds already, but I don't know why it took so long. Like I said, topspin sucks.

I also feel sorry for the fans who had to pay for a lot(hotels, fare, bus, car etc.) I'm one of them, I went there from Singapore, I had to pay 1k dollars just to get to the US alone. But we can't force chester to do the show while he's sick, it's just not right. LP might be the only show in Washington to have canceled and not rescheduled but that doesn't mean the reasons are invalid.

Not saying he faked it but I am saying that it is very convenient that he makes sure he reschedules the big shows and that he makes the Las Vegas show! They can reschedule the three shows, I do not believe for one minute that they can't. I am not feeling sorry at all for them to have to pay for plane tickets and hotel rooms, I think that the amount of money we pay for the tickets make up for it. Please don't even go there. There are fans that paid good money for motel rooms, car rental and such to go to the concerts that were cancelled. Those are the ones that I feel sorry for. LP is the ONLY concert so far that I have purchased tickets for that has been cancelled and not postponed and rescheduled. If Bon Jovi can perform on a sprained ankle and if AC/DC can reschedule their postponed concerts as old as they are, LP should be able to as well. OR how about an update on what they are trying to do to make it up to us? Not that anything will with the exception of a rescheduled concert!

AND WHERE IS OUR REFUND? I am trying hard to be patient about this, right now, I feel like I have been robbed. Us Cincy, Washington, and Connecticut fans aren't going away and just forgetting the money we paid for these tickets. Plus we will NEVER forget how we were treated during this tour. NEVER.

I really hate topspin, their service sucks.

@rose I'm sorry you feel that way. But I don't agree on chester faking his health, he gets sick easily even before. If he fakes his health for every smaller shows then why didn't he do it before on some places where their shows wasn't sold out. And why would they schedule shows just to cancel them, its a big loss - they have to pay for plane tickets and hotel rooms for ALL the crew.

I totally agree with Dawn and Keith. I think us stephchildren got the shaft. He sure got to feeling better just in time for the "big" shows. We have not received any emails other than the one with the stupid download of their concert, you know the one we never got to see. It's a slap in the face, that's my opinion. I am giving them a few more days and then I am going to ask for my refund and if I don't get it, I'm going through the Better Business Bureau. I have been through them before on another business trying to screw me over. They WILL get your money back for you. Just go to www.bbb.org and type in Texas and type in Topspin and go from there. As for now, I am boycotting LP because I think this is a crappy way to treat their loyal fans. We were good enough for them to come to Cincy 3 or 4 years straight but now we are being treated as their stepchildren..
