everyone moaning for people to shut up - Do You have your money back? Were you promised 8 days ago to look for an email in a few days on how to get your refund? Topspin is screwing tens of thousands of people..we can "just call ticketmaster" - get it! Topspin should not be sending out emails promising and not delivering - it has nothing to do with anything but Topspin. People are only as good as their word. To all the pontificators- a little education before you spout off please....

Just an FYI... Linkin Park & their Management are not to blame for the lack of rescheduling in the 3 cities that were cancelled. Part of the issue is that there are contracts drawn up and there are clauses in them. They can't just move the shows to another venue. OMG People! Do y'all realize how FUCKING INMATURE you are being. You SAY you care about how Chester is doing....BULL FUCKING SHIT!! Only thing you care about is getting to go to see your concert or getting your fucking $$ back. It's probably $$ you shouldn't have spent to go in the first place. And your only reason to go is to party all night. And to the stupid fucker that said Chester just needed a shot of Irish Whisky is a fucking dumbass. If they knew half of anything about Chester they would know that is the last way Chester would fix his problems.

PEOPLE....GROW THE FUCK UP ALREADY!!!

Dudes, Topspin SUCKS! The link says to "get help or report a bug" then you enter your email address and boom, ALL your tickets have been refunded. When you try to contact them they just say "sorry about the mistake, but there is nothing we can do". Assholes. I did get a new ticket but the seats suck. I only wanted to get info on how long we had to return the tickets. Now I've lost my VIP passes too.

This is who they use for their purchasing.  Merchandise or tickets purchased through this site will show up as TopSpin Media on your credit card or bank account.  If you want to request a refund, I would suggest selecting Merchandise, Purchasing, or Ticketing, from their "Issue Type" drop down box and complete the other information on the screen.

That doesn't look like a good link, when you click on it, it looks as if you are having a problem with the website or something to email them your problem. Has anyone got a hold of them at that link to get their money back?

Per the e-mail I received on the Houston show being rescheduled, for tickets purchased though this site, it states, "For those unable to attend the March 3rd date, please contact customer support for a refund: http://app.topspin.net/account/help_public"

Chris... I wish I did get my tickets via ticketmaster. They automatically refund your money back into your account. It is those of us that purchased our tickets via this website that is having the biggest problem getting refund information.
