I just bought a bunch of old tee-shirts from LP and the Hybrid Theory (one with the soldier that has wings) totally disintegrated in its initial wash.  All the others were fine but that one looked like it was shredded with a razor! So sad, as it was the tee I really wanted to hang on to~!  :^(
