I didn't need to call them. I was able to do it on the bid site because I just wanted to change the quantity from 1 to 2. I've also had a phone call today which was a recorded message that was the same as the email. Both said you could cancel by calling that number and bid again. Maybe the drone on the phone isn't on the ball.

which options did you use when calling them? because they claimed they couldnt change it

I've had an email from Ticketmaster. They've realised their mistake. There is a phone number 08444 999 999 that you can use to cancel any wrong bids before 3pm tomorrow. I've now got a bid in for the right number of tickets at the price I wanted to enter. Fingers crossed that it is enough.

Yeah wow did they really think they could pull that off without us noticing it? I also sent an email but yeah no response ofc..
@Alvin, I think you should just rebid at the tickets? They're now 30 a ticket I believe? Still worth it.. Roundhouse is like a capacity of 1000 people right? Argh I'm so excited for tomorrow, I really hope I win those tickets.

Same, a bit disappointed by Ticketmaster changing the rules mid game. It suddenly costs twice as much than on Friday. I understand there might have been an error setting up the auction, but it still feels a bit unfair :(

Anyway, thanks for providing this chance to see you guys in concert!

I too have been shafted by Ticketmaster. I bid on Friday and they have now changed the price AND quantity. I have bid on the standard package. It stated that the tickets are sold in pairs. The starting bid was £40 so I bid £45 for a pair of tickets. The only quantity choice was 0 or 1. Now it has been changed. The quantity choice is now 0 or 2 and the starting bid has dropped to £30!
It appears that I have thus bid £45 for one ticket. I have tried to contact them but just get an email saying they are busier than usual. Yeah, they are busy making a mess of Olympics tickets too. I will be lurking outside the Roundhouse whatever happens. If anyone wins tix please consider me as your +1 if you don't have anyone to go with.

okk so i may be able to go after all, if i win the auction that is!!

noticed something weird though. the conditions suddenly changed today and now it's saying that all packages are sold in multiple per 2, whilst yesterday you could just bid on 1 package (so it would be a total of £20 for standard tickets).. and i thought that a package = 2 tickets (it still says so on the start page) but now it seems that you have to bid on 2 'tickets', so you get 1 package (£40 for the standard ticks)? wow so weird to change this over a night without making a disclaimer or something?!
