May be it's an "M" and M=13 ( A B C D E F G H I J K L "M"...) so that mean 13-7 I guess ^^!

If you look very close, you can see a hand that grabs or reaches for something.
This can be a hint about a new song or the album name.
I gues there will be some more hints coming up, cause now no one has a clue.

Hope to know a release date soon...

I saved the gif to my computer, opened it in Photoshop, separated the frames, inverted the colours in each frame and played it through slowly... AND IT'S AN 'M'!
